Mini Photography Sessions
Mini sessions are a chance to capture your favourite people and all the little things that make them, them. The giggles, the cuddles, and the way your toddler insists on holding your hand. Those moments deserve a spot on your wall.
For families with small children, a shorter photoshoot can make the experience feel more manageable. We can capture playful moments while keeping little ones engaged, without asking them to stay interested for half an hour or an entire hour. I bring plenty of encouragement, silly prompts, and a few tricks to help their personalities shine.
And if your first thought is, “But we are so awkward in photos,” you are in good company! You do not need to know how to pose or what to do with your hands. That is my job. I will guide you, crack a few jokes, and help you feel comfortable being yourselves.
Mini sessions can also be a great introduction to professional photography. A short session gives you a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera and see how much fun it can be. Whether you are updating family photos or celebrating your relationship, let’s create something that feels like you. Fridge-worthy shots and all.

Mini sessions are perfect for couples and families looking for updated photos, with up to five people per time slot. They can be a great option for little ones with short attention spans and anyone feeling nervous about being photographed. You bring your favourite people, and I will help with the posing!

Depending on the mini session package, some are 15 minutes, some are 20 minutes long. Please read the session description to know.
Just enough time for cuddles, giggles, and some lovely photos together! Please arrive a few minutes early so everyone is ready when your time slot begins.

Your edited photos will be ready within 10 days of your session. Your session includes 10 high-resolution images, delivered through an online gallery you can share with family and friends. Additional images are available to purchase.

Editing includes adjustments to lighting, colour, contrast, and cropping to give your photos the finished look you see throughout my portfolio. Detailed retouching, such as removing objects or changing backgrounds, is different from standard editing. If you have a specific request, please ask!

Sessions with an indoor location can go ahead rain or shine. If the weather is not suitable for outdoor photos, we can move inside.
For sessions held exclusively outdoors, I will contact you if the weather affects our plans. Overcast, light rain (spitting / drizzle) will still be ok as it won’t affect the photo outcome. However, intense wind, heavy rain is a hard no.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you or someone attending is unwell. We can discuss the options available for your booking. Alternative times depend on availability, so please reach out before travelling to your session.

If I am too unwell to photograph your session, I will contact you as soon as possible. We will discuss a replacement date or the next steps for your booking. However, I have the immune system of a bull ;)

Please check with me before booking! Pet permissions depend on the location and venue rules.
Let me know you would like to include your dog so I can confirm whether the session is a suitable fit.
If dogs are allowed, I recommend bringing lots of treats and their favourite toy.

My online gallery includes a high end printing shop.
You are also more than welcome to download the high-resolution files and take them to Black’s Canada, Walmart or Staples. Please do not use “same day printing”, “1 hour photo” or “next day printing” as it will ruin the images.
Screenshots and images saved from social media will not give you the same print quality.
